Why didn't Smee get any damage at the end of the round in the first game ? Its Ability says that if there is no captain in play, it takes damage at the end of the turn. Calhoun is not the captain.

13:13 me screaming at the computer saying... ink flynn and shift to kill cogsworth... havent seen the rest, but this would have been the cleanest way to clear the board. actually before this turn, when u had snake, u should have inked flyn, shifted tremain and then bounced tremain back, to get two to ur hand. from there on u keep doing the same thing... play treaming, shift, bounce. cheers

On 24:06 Cinderella shouldnt be removed. He adds 3 from smee and 3 from snake, total 6 and then resist 2 giving you 4 damage. But they attack individually. So first lets say smee attack with 3 resist 2 dealing 1 damage to cindy, same for snake. This happens often that they stack the attack and attack cindy because of the resist, but the resist triggers with every attack.
