If you get into trouble.. hit the pause button and the GPS would stop it in it's tracks as best it could with the wind as it was or flick it back into normal mode and try and land ASAP

Just got a Neo, I think flying in anything but gentle wind is a no no. Mine took off along a windy beach, battery was on half power . Flying with the wind was fine then low battery warning came up,tried to return to home,hovered and then went down , spent long time trying to locate, have decided to paint drone in visible colours to aid finding

Motors peaked amps fighting the wind. Flight controller automatically reduced power output so that the motors dont burn up and that caused the wind to take it.

Its a strange one.. not sure what happened here. Interesting at what procentage your throttle was? Possible you were at full throttle and because all the motors were at full power, there was not enough power left to keep it at requested leve / angle . Ive seen a similar behaviour on other video, but the pilot there tried to fly at fulll speed. The thing with NEO is - its a very underpowered drone and there is absolutely no point flying it in windy days.. You flight and the footage gonna be rubbish . I dont fly my fpv drones ( power to weight ratio 10 :1) in winds like this
