Thank you so much for this video. It shows that you care.
How to do annual validation on it ?
What is the measureable time?
Thanks, it was very helpful! Just the transparency is not working, no matter what value I set up, it doesn't change, only at 100% the sphere dissapears. I followed your steps precisely
Nice but in the video i cant see on focus the box containing the standard saphire for calibration and here i have many many substance stardard like zinc, tin, adamantane and indium i have the saphire calibration MDSC but i dont know the mass. And this make me confused because i need make a calibration alone and i dont want doing bad.
This is a very detailed and insightful breakdown of ways to craft an effective job resume. Greatly appreciate this video, Anik bhai!
Is this for imprinting polymers?
yes you can do this for imprinted polymer
You did not show how we plug solvents ?
Dont you have a schlenk-manifold or something? I would not call this "inert" atmosphere...just slightly better than regular atmosphere
Agreed
Most of the synthesis experiments are done using same procedure if your lab has no well organized schlenk-manifold. It is much easier and cheaper option.
I did this all through grad school. But I didn't cut the balloon, and held it to the needle with rubber bands.
Why cut the balloon?
why put the needle at the 2:30? is it necessary?
in order for the gas from the balloon to replace the air in the system, it is necessary that the air from the system escape into the atmosphere just through this needle
@@ThePaivel got it thanks
Nice video sir. I have a question sir..I operated instrument recently 1 week ago. I cleaned up surface. I took bkg reading. Then I put sample and analysed the spectra.. after scanning of 60 scan. My IR was completed.. but in another data are not generated automatically, here in your analysis data generated that displayed automatically at (8-05 sec) in video
Live Saving! Thanks a lot :)
You're welcome!
Very helpful. Thanks for the nice explanation.
You are welcome!
Very helpful video! Might be worth reaching out to Charles/Hiroshi to post this on the official HSP or Pirika website?!
Nice training tutorial! I'm just wondering is there any difference in the procedure if I want to analyze the normal solid/liquid samples instead of your polymer films?
No difference
Could you share the pdf that you shown in this video?
Thank you for sharing the strategy Nuruddin bhai. Really appreciated for some real insight that you have shown here. Congratulations to your new job offer.
