Hey Patrick, for me wearing barefoot shoes completely transformed my workouts. They allow my feet to move naturally, which improved my stability and form during lifts. Over time, I’ve felt my legs and feet grow stronger. I personally use Hykes Max. They’re minimalist, durable, and really comfortable. It’s like rediscovering how your feet are meant to function. What do you think about barefoot shoes for working out?
Ive heard good things about them! I personally dont own a pair but From a stability stand point, it does make sense why people love the barefoot shoes! Of course it comes down to preference also!

Working full time it can be hard to find the time to train. I often use my lunch break to do sprints. Want to do some track meets next season.
I feel you on that! Its all about finding what works best for your schedule! Start planning for those meets! If you’re like me, it motivated me to lock in on some things so I was ready to rock n roll! No better time than right now ✊🏾🔥

Thanks Rowan, I just completed this workout and I enjoyed it a lot. I got quite a sweat up. The most difficult move was the push ups with weight tap. I did not do this as I am rubbish at push ups. I did a dumbbell floor press instead. It is one of my new year resolution to improve my push ups. Have a great day and weekend.
