Disco Express, “Booty Time” (1979)
For years, film scholars have sought the complete recording of “Booty Time” by Disco Express, the only white disco band that mattered, after their lead singer’s small but memorable appearance in the classic 1990 movie THE ADVENTURES OF FORD FAIRLANE.
The wait is now over.

Theme from “Hippo Police” (1986)
มุมมอง 92 หลายเดือนก่อน
In 1986, third-place ABC tried to create its own “Miami Vice” by greenlighting “Hippo Police,” a stylish police action drama about a hippopotamus solving crimes in the jungles of Africa. Cancelled in the middle of its first episode, when it was abruptly replaced by a “Growing Pains” rerun, the show and its upbeat theme song were long considered lost media. Until now…

Love the creativity with this ad, looks awesome. 😎
They should have never stopped these types of shows for children. They relate and take heed better hearing this from their peers.

Studebaker. Thanks for nothing. Cheated these long time (even lifetime employees) out of their pensions. This is where ERISA was born.
i remember these subway commercials like they were yesterday. the other guy at the table talking to the guys was the "face" of Subway commercials promoting some of the more delicious and complex looking sandwiches. not stuff like the turkey or ham. these sandwiches weren't necessarily bad for you, but definitely not fitting the 6 grams of fat or less. Jared was the other main face of the Subway commercials promoting the healthy ones so this was kind of like a meeting of two minds type of thing as the sweet onion chicken teriyaki tasted good but was also low in fat so it checked both boxes
Wow that guy not paying attention to Jared is how we all should’ve felt about him. Lucky for me, I never liked the guy
*The late 1940's through the early1960's was a great time for most in the USA, to grow up,* *and to be alive!* *WW2 was over.* USA and its allies were victorious in both in Europe and in the Pacific. (The GI's who returned wanted to have a better society -- "All boats rise" was the underlying theory) *The Cold War* had begun (and there had been a victory in the Berlin Blockade/Airlift 1948--1949) *Korean War* (1950--1953) did not last long and ended in a draw (armistice, no peace deal) *Cuban Missile Crisis* (13 days ... 16-28 October 1962) had ended peacefully *The Vietnam War* (1955 - 1975) had not, yet, heated up (with American troops until 1961--1963). *Employment was high, unemployment and inflation were low* during most of these years. (The offshoring and "stagflation" that plagued the 1970's onward had not begun). *By the end of the 1960's the Civil Rights movement was bearing good fruit.* [It had begun post-American Civil War (1860--1865) and was revitalized during WW2 and in the 1950's with integration in the military and school integration -- promoted by President Eisenhower.]
Yes ..soo true ..especially in the designs up to 1955……surprisingly I was twelve when my older brother purchased his first car in 1956 ….and I was totally disappointed ..in his choice until I saw his model the 1946 commander v8 …and was relived of the incredible turn around in design ..I use to call them ..STUPIDBAKER……up to the new design in 1956……that is my experience of this lethargic…make ……now history…

Explorers should still be able to dive on this wreck. Nobody has the right to tell anyone they can't dive on a shipwreck. While respect should be given to the lost sailors its definitely not a Grave or should it be treated as such. It should still be investigated until the cause is found. Why leave a found body on the floor of the lake? Bring that individual home to his Family. None of this makes any sense.
Alcohol kills memories

Does anyone recall seeing a Weird Al clip, on MuchMusic, from the early or mid-‘90s, in which he is sitting in the passenger seat of a moving car, picking his nose with his big toe? I remember seeing this as a kid and thinking it was hilarious, but I’ve never been able to find it online.
It might be the clip of Al spoofing the Alanis morrisette video ironic He eats a banana etc some clips of this shows the toe in the nose depends on which one you can find
There was at least one Al Music before this one.
I wish I can find the one where weird Al is doing the voiceover on the Pearl Jam music video, Jeremy.
