I look up to this guy . He is seriously in
I've beenlaughing si hard and my cat looked at me like I was crazy. still dying lol
😂😂
“A dollar sign two million dollar home” if you don’t have proper grammar you should get your license revoked
This is a run-on sentence, bozo
IT LANDED!!!🎉
I mean they have Reese's. Im in the van.
is the lady in the hat and white shirt the same lady from the channel that posts her wearing silly outfits
It was t a thought - it was a wish.
That’s crazy! I just had to wake my wife up and tell her the news.
is the first guy okay ? that looks like a serious injury
That was pretty good lol I am ashamed
Why did the first guy leave a grease mark on the pavement?
Cause he didn’t want a big ass forehead. You should give it a go
Sweat
That's not even amusing...just stupid.
Nice, relatable. I’m playing - dump it
I’ve been watching a lot of crime TH-cam lately so this hits different for me.
This seems to encapsulate the attitude of many realtors: Buyers are just too stupid to figure this out without their [amazing?] [and many $1000's ] assistance. Buyers' agents are not going to select the house for me or provide significant value beyond letting in to see the property. I know what houses are on the market that I have been watching closely for weeks or months. They do not do inspections, have solid grasp on legal considerations (pay a lawyer by hour if needed), or generally have insights that can not be gained by doing your homework.
Hahahhaha
It sure is hard pretending to like people and walk around a house that’s not yours
Karreennnnn whyyyyyyyy!!!!! Good fellas is my number one movie. Martin Scorsese masterpiece.
One day ,I'm going to own a raptor truck
Ramblings of a mind disconnected from realty.
As someone who makes nearly 68k a year, this is a load of bs
My family can afford 350,000 house with an income of 80,000-90,000
Oh yeah sorry I forgot the part about where you make small talk and then type a number into a Word template and then go get your veneers done with the totally earned commission
it is still a highly overpriced service.
What’s up with the comma spacing?
Good luck with water
Yeah later
Later
👾
That glass ball analogy is beautiful.
I loved around 48:00 where Dan talked about making his son’s childhood a priority over the business. That is so admirable. ❤
Honor being on the show brotha 🙏
Got a lot of value in this episode Thanks! 1
@hudsonwikoff spitting 🔥🔥🔥 loved this episode!!!
🙏
Loved being on this with you brother! LFG!!
Nick and Sogal are amazing! Glad you had them on your podcast. You guys brought up some great points on challenging what you have been taught your whole life and the checking off all of the boxes. We just left the Mormon church this year (after 3 years of deconstruction) and will never look back. Deconstructing those Orthodox beliefs was so hard and painful, but also such a blessing as we found the biblical Christ as a result. The sad part is that Mormons have a lot to gain by being a part of the culture and they don't want to disrupt that. They would rather bury their heads in the sand than question. Life is so much more beautiful when you come to know God in the most authentic and genuine way. Great podcast my friend!
Hi Eric, totally love your content. I've been following you since August 2023 and would love to be a part of your team. How do I reach you?
This was a good podcast thanks 🙏
"Promosm" 😚
This was an amazing talk...it is so good to hear men talking about these things...I truly respect the things you both had to share, and Zack, you have a gift at this point of your life that is going to help a lot of men. I know you will find ways to serve and share your message and the awareness that you are bringing to the masculine at a time when many need to hear it, and also have a space to be heard. Zach, have you ever listened to the interview between Aaron Rogers and Aubrey Marcus? This reminded me a lot of that...authentic truth being shared between men...the world needs more of that. Thank you both.
2 amazing dudes
Great video Eric
Great way to start my morning. Thanks Eric 👊
🔥🔥🔥
Hey Eric , really nice Podcast ! I was wondering if I could help you enhance Editing in your podcast videos and also make a highly engaging shorts out of them which will help your videos to reach to a wider audience .
Do you have an email for business inquiries?
I'm relieved you pulled your head out of your ass! But in all seriousness, thank you for sharing this.
It's so simple. Two parents are parents. Being a husband or being a wife doesn't mean jack shiet when it comes to parenting. You both need to be there for your child, equally. If one works, the other does the housework. If both work, they share the other jobs equally. But when it comes to your kid, you are both there. You give your 100% to them because you created them, they are your sole responsibility, and only together will you ever manage. Wives aren't the primary caretakers. Neither are the husbands. Both parents take care of their children equally. At least, that's what's best for them, and for the family as well. That way, you actually connect with your child.
Sounds like you are a good husband and a great dad. Trust me, your kids will grow and appreciate everything you've done for them.
