Just a small empty dolomite train that I brought to the show. Used an SD9 since TMCC was acting up and I couldn’t run two GP30s

Trackside again with an empty coal train consisting of 30 KCC hopper cars. With how heavy this train is helper units area must.

Just some rainy day messing around with multiple unit trains. This time it’s an 18 car coal train lead by 2 MTH SD50 locomotives.

The MTH SD50 was a better model. Correct Dash-2 style cab and truck placement.
Looks good, especially compared to what else is available.
Your the first person I seen on TH-cam to acquire all 3 rio grande models in this run. Can you go into more detail as to when Bluenami is? also those scale couplers?
Blunami is full DCC control with Bluetooth functions, there are other channels such as Sid who go more in depth on it. And yes those are scale couplers as I do three rail scale.
@@coloradoinnewjersey Sweet. Know of any video tutorials on how to install the scale couplers? I have so many questions. I hope you don't mind. Im a DRGW fan too and have all 3 arriving soon
@@doubleutubefan5 I don’t mind at all. Off the top of my head I don’t really know any I could point to you directly but there are a few and the process is usually the same for cars and locomotives. You get the coupler height gauge, remove the lobster claws, then either make your own holes or use the pre drilled holes for the coupler mounts. You may have to add a few shims to get it level with the height gauge.
