That sled is badass...
That thing is sweet
Awesome video
Stupid music ruined it for me
Friend in geralton had one nice machine G. Johnson
After market pistons i bet. I had exactly the same thing happen to mine and when i looked closer you could see the porosity in the aluminum where the top expansion ring (was)
Beautiful , bravo.
O yes the super sonic cream
Motosski
Fucking hate the music
I have 7/25 murray from 1972 a very fine machine
Isn’t that a F/A skidoo
This is Beauce Québécoise This isn't Beauce in Loir et Cher, France
What a beautiful snowmobile !
Do you still have it? I would love to have a mower like that.
Sorry, just read that you sold it. Thanks anyways
The music junked another video 👎💩
What size engine was that? Looks like my 500 without the r.a.v.e
And thats the problem with twin carbs....🤪 great video....
One of the sharpest looking sleds from the vintage era, it's always been a favorite of mine
A long way from the Moto-Ski's of the early years. A lot of people I rode with had them. Isn't this one after Ski-doo owned them? This looks identical to the Blizzard,9500.
Yeah - this is a Moto-Ski-Doo. I think the Moto-Ski fans knew they were buying an orange Ski-doo at the time like Yamaha fans know they are buying Cats now. Moto-Ski and Ski-Doo were so competitive at the time it's a shame one had to go. I was a Ski-Doo fan at the time but always had my eye on what Moto-Ski was up to.
@@pauldionne2884 Moto-Ski's were durable machines, my friend,Bill had a Zephyr that was a long track 30 years before other companies had them, he rode with 3 kids lined up on the seat behind him.
@@tomchrisfield7348 Indeed. I remember my old man, after breaking the recoil rope on my Olympic noting that Motoskis had a steel cable that never seemed to break.
Twin to 7500
Do you know where to find parts for one? I have a 1983 model
Wow thanks for the shitty music
350.00.... but 425.00 in labor and probably 60.00 in parts...
But theres a used 2004 arctic cat 660 widetrack that i see and its in good condition i want it seriously
Damn that engine wasnt so clean im talking about the exhaust
Sweet helmet!!
Really call that a big crash lol OK there
Ohhh that plug is as white as my beard and that aint a good thing.
always do a WOT plug chop to read yer plugs,,then jet accordingly
We pay/work to learn...
@@vincemotorider8143 a little research and google go along way.
that was not a 340 cc rv or super sunic
Should have modified with a 1997 Mach Z 800 and kept the bonnet closed. It will go fast !!
check your carb boots for cracks
Beautifull job on the restoration, quality work. So what was the problem? From the look of the plug on the right with the white ash on it you can tell it was running too hot on that cylinder. What caused that though?
Stuart Robinson Thanks! Carb were not well jetted and the air/fuel mixt was to lean in gaz...
I thought that might be it. My next guess would have been an air leak, probably around the intake boots or the head. The plugs always tell the story.
Nice man looks good
Sweet vid... as soon as i heard the bugle, my heart sank as much as yrs did when she burned down. 2 years later i'm assume she's alive.
Everything about this sled and video is pretty frickin cool!!
Sweet sled, shame you only dreamt about the rebuild as now it will be a reality. Enjoy bro, wish it were in my stable.
Chanceux!!!! Lucky man!!!!!
Sweet restoration.
Old school is the best
I would have kept it. That's a nice looking murray.

Hey!.......We all get towed home someday! Nice job on the hood & pan Try to find bright orange sliders to complete that "WOW" look! Good luck on yer rebuild. Hope you didn't damage cylinders.
Man, I almost wept when I heard Taps start to play.
