At some point in time, people drifted away from the connection that they have with their food. It is my mission to show full circle how you can live in a consumer age without depending on a grocery store and still be able to eat high grade, organic and insanely delicious meals. Not only is it possible, but you can have a blast doing it. There is no better feeling as a father than providing for your family. Tag along with my family and I, and I will show you how we make it happen!

Pass on the oats. Theyve got SHBG from beta glucan fibers that sap free testosterone from your body. They also have antinutrients like phytic acid.
I had knee replacement surgery right before hunting season so I can’t climb my ladder stands; I’ve sat in the bed of our side x side before but even camo-ed to the max I felt exposed. I would LOVE to try to camo the side x side!! I wish I had a quiet golf cart (hopefully soon) because the side x side tends to make slight popping sounds for a bit after it’s turned off not to mention the exhaust from it. Def gonna try this, thanks for the idea & video!!👊🏼
Did you just do fine on the first grind?
@@eddieorf yes, that's all it gets.
I love that your using equipment that 90% of the world uses, loved video
@GlennLaTour I'm just a regular guy with regular gear. Anybody can do it with a little know-how. Hope I was able to give that to you here. Thanks for watching!
Brother you got balls doing this without a full suit! Hell yeah
@AcedrinksLIVE a couple bee stings never killed anyone... well, not me. After you've been hit a couple of times, you grow pretty numb to it. Keeps you in check!
Question you put on 22 inch tires did the 22 inch tires fit your existing wheels or did you have to buy new wheels to thinking of buying some but not sure if they fit my stock wheels
@@jamiewatson3830 wheels and tires came as a package deal. Just make sure the lug pattern is correct
You have link on wheels and tires thanks
Was this catch legal?
@paulcziman624 everything you see on my channel is 100% legal.
Making for the first time right now.
@@calisterbrawner9961 let me know what you think!
What are the ingredients for the marinade? Just oj, salt, pepper and ginger?
@artbraun7915 that's it. Wouldn't hurt to throw some garlic in there too.
2:50 - I think you meant to say “If I were to take the hide off”? Great video, thanks! I always learn a lot watching your stuff!
@jamielotz that's exactly what I meant to say. Sometimes words get mixed when you're multitasking! Thanks for watching, and I'm glad you're able to take something away from the videos. That's what they're here for!
I could use this in the spring on my firebreaks and trails to keep clear

Glyphosate is in the rain throughout the entire country. That is the last thing I would use since it is a pollutant.
dude your spraying poison, and not only is it getting on you, its getting on your food that you eat.
Excellent video but I’m super mad you didn’t show us the results after cooking!!! Dang you!!!
I am so sure that you will find good way to make it on WoodPrix.
What where you waiting on my guy lol
I would have taken that second presentation!
Also, those rings will rust on the inside with the threads of the jar
Perfect exactly the video I was lookin for, looks delicious too.
@@trevorfahey3819 glad you were able to find it!
80 lbs of venison from one deer would have to weigh 220 lbs dressed. If so, nicely done.
@pz1269 may have been a slight exaggeration. Probably more like 65 to 70 lbs. He was big a guy.
You are boiling. This is bad. Nobody wants to eat boiled game meat. You need to give the meat more room in the pot so that the water can cook out and evaporate. You have absolutely no business giving other people cooking advice, good lord.
I suggest you take a look at the full video for complete context. While your there, I have a ton of great recipes, information and entertainment as well. Thanks for watching!
What a hateful comment. Making homemade boudin from deer meat is something only someone who has made it a time or two would know how to do. I’m sure he’s got people yapping his ear every deer season begging for some of his cooking.
@joelmead4299 it doesn't bug me one bit. With the amount of content that I have floating around the internet, it's only a matter of time before someone shows their ignorance. It's clear that he only knows one way to cook his deer. Unfortunately, it's only his loss that he isn't paying attention and trying something new. On the bright side, I got his view and planted a seed... maybe.
@@wildfedfamily good outlook on this man I envy your composure. Gained a new subscriber and I sent the video to my neighbor we do a lot of different wild game recipes ourselves so one of us is going to try the boudin this season for sure!
@joelmead4299 let me know how it turns out. Thanks for the subscription and best of luck in the woods!
Raising her right Pops! Good on you!
@ImPacosTacos doing my best!
Yes store ringless. Great thing about canning lids, they’re either sealed very well or not at all.
I bet it only weighs 50 lb
You’ve got yourself a curios little one. Those moments where you just stare and smile are beautiful. You can see/feel how much you love her. Broke my heart a little bit when she pet the doe, but I hope she learns to thank the deer for the life and nutrition it passes to you folks. Great shot too, no suffering for her at all.
She's a pretty special kid. Probably has seen more animals processed than 99 percent of the American population. I can deal with the questions, simply because I love to watch her learn. We had a great time with many more to come!
BS kill floor to market is about 3 days. If it's later it's because the 3rd parties holding and reselling.
I took a cow elk into the butcher (back when we didn't butcher our own) There was a line, it was 1st day of a late cow elk season so 7-8 guys in line. The guys in line ahead of me were asking can I get that Tuesday, When he gets to me he asks when do you want to pick yours up. I said, "let it hang, don't cut it until you think it's ready. Just call me when it's cut and I'll come back." Butcher said "so you know we are talking 3 weeks right?" I said "that's fine by me" He looks right down the line of guys and says "Somebody wants to enjoy his elk meat" Damn those boys looked sheepish LOL
Oh man, I’ll be right over! 🤤
@@nickgironda8932 you won't be disappointed!
I believe you! I’ve made your venison pastrami twice now! So easy - so delicious 😋 I wanna try canning venison so that’s gonna be somewhere down the road. Greetings from South Carolina 👋
@nickgironda8932 awesome man! Glad you liked it enough to make it twice. The canning is super easy and always turns out great. Best of luck !
That deer had a headache after that fall🤣🤣
@Landonlikesbaball took me along for the ride too haha. He got the last word in

Don't touch that part😂
I'm just now getting into cooking my deer a better way than just grilling, and I have all these thoughts about how to cook it. I find your channel, and you've done everything I could have thought of and more. The little taste tester did such a good job! Thanks for the tips!
@Post_Oak_ keep at it, and best of luck! Check out the wildgame cooking playlist that I have. Those are all long form and in-depth videos. I also have a lot of recipes on my shorts that should help give you plenty of ideas

😂 bro that is not fajitas that’s a bland taco that you cook fajitas in a cast iron pan.
What about the bones
@trust-n0one1001 when I'm through with them, they make their way to the compost. Tomatoes love a calcium rich soil.
Are you going to mesh them off? To help prevent rodents getting in?
That's not a bad idea, yet I can say I never thought of that. I never have issues with 4 dogs and a cat that sleep next to the garden, but it's a great solution. Thank you.
Pepper can be cut back and bring inside for winter.
@@HeadsDisplay that's all in the full video down to the fine details.
Looks great but why cut it in half?
@jayredstone107 when you have kids, everything gets cut in half. You might as well turn it into a glamor shot.
The actual "value" is in production. Years 2-5 for a pepper plant are their most productive years. You will get literally 5 times the peppers in year 2 than year 1.
@ellenclayton5955 I agree completely, but even with the first year peppers, I can't keep up with eating them fresh, or putting them in cans. I still have 2 year old quarts. All from a 5 dollar 6 pack that I buy once a year.
