1. Exchange Only in case of damages or different colour or wrong saree is sent.
2. In cases of damage/ missing product/ wrong colour, we will replace it with right product . Refund is issued only if the same saree is not available with us or you can choose to exchange for which we need the unboxing video. The product should be unused with silk mark and folds should be intact.
3. Without video no complaint is accepted .
4. Parcel opening video should be without any pause and clear view of damages(Video should cover whole saree while recording) from starting to end. In any case of complaints video should be sent in 24hrs.
5. Small thread pulls are not considered as damages as they are very common in handloom sarees.
6. Due to digital photography 5 % to 10% colour variation may come or some times your mobile may show different colour due to its resolution . It is not eligible for exchange/refund.
7. Late delivery due to courier service is not our responsibilty. Please follow up the tracking .
8. Once order placed cannot be cancelled.
9. Please do share the parcel opening video whether you have complaints or not.
10. 2days for dispatch,ask me for tracking after 3 working days.. After payment no cancellation..
