Bless you, I struggle with sleeping generally waking up at 3.15 then I can’t get back to sleep so I end up getting up. The most annoying thing is that I’m so tired that I cant stitch. .You’ve made so fab progress with your WIP’s. Birds get fed regularly in my garden ❤

Hi Niecie, I hope and pray that you are going to be able to get some sleep, it is so vital to our well being. I too have removed myself from all social media except youtube, all of it is over the top and robs us of our quiet and our peace. I hope you can find your floss, did you check the couch cushions? I love the Nutcracker and 2 strands for the french knots. Love the specialty stitches on that opalescent fabric and the Salty stitcher We the people - your stitches are beautiful! I will add you to my prayer list. I go to see the surgeon Tuesday, have had a terribly frightening recent health scare from a trip to the ER and am going to have to have a large cyst and right ovary removed. It is very concerning as I am past menopause, and my sister passed last summer from the same thing. 💖🙌

I live in Houston and we don't normally get snow but maybe with what's coming next week, we can make a snowman! It'll be a tiny one but that's ok.

I love your little helper. He is so cute. I hope your weather stays nice and doesn't get too cold for you. We had single digits here in southern Indiana with snow. I stay in and watch the Birds around the feeders.

Hi Niece. This must be egg week. Lol. I had one this week where the yolk was hard. It looked like a mini ping pong ball. It was so weird. I thought at first that maybe it was partially frozen, but the other eggs from the same carton were fine. And it had a weird texture. It got tossed too. They were store bought too. We sure enjoyed today's video, although the cat fight sounds was concerning to Jonathan. He was worried that Ketch would be hurt. I assured him that if there was a chance of that, you would've intervened. I'm attracted to all of the patterns with a snowman whether they're wearing a top hat or not, and birds are an added bonus! Sure hope you're not coming down with something, what with your upset tummy, runny nose and being so cold. Extra healthy prayers are being sent your way!

Not sure if you want to change the eyes but I do like the 2 strand eyeballs. That stitch is so pretty. My husband has said the same thing when I had trouble sleeping, really!! I love seeing a gentleman in a top hat with a bird on the brim in January. LOL! have a great week.

Your projects are beautiful! You did accomplish a lot last week. Ugh…the sleeplessness! 🥴😏🤨 I don’t know why I’ve been struggling with it lately. I’m well past menopause, i exercise, I’ve cut my sugar out, only drink caffeine in the AM, etc… I’m like you, I can’t read cuz I’m tired. I haven’t tried stitching in the middle of the night just because of the light that I need. Maybe I’ll try that though. X stitch and a nice, relaxing audiobook might do the trick. Just lying there is mentally PAINFUL! The Atenti project bag that you were gifted is beautiful! I’m a knitter and I’ve got a few of those and they are gorgeous and pricey too! Have a great week and I pray that we both ( well, that we ALL!) sleep like teenagers!

Thank you for sharing your stories. I have learned that it is okay to be vulnerable and to cry. While it is uncomfortable, it just shows that the reason you are crying has meaning to you. I loved the flag pattern you showed. We are a patriotic family, and it would mean so much to me to stitch that pattern.
