I have loved this song since I was a kid- Loggins performance on the track is Amazing- like rarely is he thought of as a vocalist… but he Kills it. And the vocal arrangement with McDonald’s backing stacked is AMAZING- MM is Killin it in this live version… and WHiCH one is responsible for/wrote the pre- chorus?!?!? That “Tell the truth/ don’t turn away” 🎶 - it moves me and gives me goosebumps every time.

Tommy Shaw and friend got together with the brilliant Community Youth Orchestra playing this song! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The keyboard part was played by marvelously talented young teen on violin. The whole performance was incredible. The arrangement, the players, the conductor, the choir and of course Tommy and another guitarist. Check it out! It's impressive!

It is kind of Ironic that Journey had a future member of the Baby's "Jonathan Cain join the band and then later on combine forces and form Bad English. Because the melody to this song is very similar to a Babys song off Broken Heart that was released a year before this album. " I'm Fallin. At least the intro is very close.
