The military boonies & Shamogh are amazing you can wet them down and wear then to cool off . tip place Shamogh in the hat pore the water in let it soak and then you don't waste water. Also a umbrella is absolutely blessing not just for rain but the sun as well. Even if you have rain suit or poncho a umbrella can keep the rain from beating down on you. Over heating is easy to stop but can happen fast . Personally I've become over heated to the point where I actually passed out and vomited passed out. So drink slot of water then drink some more. Heat stroke is no joke and can cause possibility of cooking your brain and damage it to death . so drink water alot.

I bought this backpack in 2022 and it has exactly the same material in a hidden pocket as in the other pocket.

Amazing

I received one recently, condor has remedied the issue and the bag now has a loop area in the concealed pocket!

I purchased this a few weeks ago for a less tactical look when concealing at the office, and I do really like it. The CCW compartment does have hook and loop now. Does anyone know what the mini-molle looking thing is used for on the small pouch, or is it just decorative? I can't see it holding much weight.

M193 is ACTUALLY used by the Military, but XM193 claims to be an eXact* replica, but XM193 doesn't have to go through the same tests as M193. Personally, I will ONLY use M193, but that's just me! I will only order from the website www.targetsportsusa.com because of their free shipping, because when you order 1,000 rounds of 5.56x45mm for $299, but free shipping means you save $50! Other sites might sell for $279, but after $50 of shipping; you're spending 30 more dollars!

I should send you some 30-06 armor piercing ammo my dad left me with his Garand. If it is legal to ship. It has been sitting in an ammo can since the end of WW2.

Hell that killed it right there, my plate carrier has level 3 scorpion 🦂 10/12 shooters cut curved, and I use them in Security. When I’m not on duty they sit in my trunk till Monday , and I’m texas summer it’ll easily get to that temperature. Glade you mentioned that.

Completely agree on the loop material in the back compartment for CCW. I'm liking this and the 5.11 moab 10 for an around town motorcycle pack. This one is less "tacticool" looking. That's a good thing.

Thorfire just released a new 1xAA flashlight that might be worth checking out, the Thorfire TK05. I thought it was dual switch at first, but it seems it only has one side switch. Which might mean it's prone to accidentially turn on in the pocket. I'm also using the TG06S as an EDC, and it does the job. You need a 14500 battery to reach 400 lumens, and an unprotected IMR 14500 for 500 lumens. The TK05 does look interesting though..

These polyethylene plates are made by" longfri Technologies". Other vendors are simply putting their name on it, they do not deserve the credit for this being there plate. this is "longfri Technologies" plate and they deserve all the credit others are just imitators.

It's amazing how many people think that the base sealant on steel armor is a anti-spall coating. Unless you're plate is 1/2" thick it does not have any spall/splatter protection. Just because it has a thin layer of stop rust does not mean your protected from frag.

I don't know why they aren't bigger... Company seems to focus multiple gears, but they have the absolutely cheapest Poly plates around... and with your video, I can at least see that it works... Your thoughts on which carrier to use?

Unbelievable. I've been looking around for a smart EDC bag for over a year, this is the first one that I have found that checks the "All of the above" box on my list, and doesn't absolutely scream CCW with five miles of molle strapping.

The first three shots the one I noticed was the 193 and it had a big bulge when it fell over I can see it when it fell that's broken ribs it hurting for a while it's still play when do that and it does catch all the Frags you just didn't get the right one

I wouldn't trust my life in the hands of that armor

Velcro was fixed on mine! I was wondering what's the max size soft armor I could fit int the pocket I'm looking at ar500 soft hybrid 11x15 but idk if it will fit...
