You can always see if someone is building a new capital if you click on the right provide it will show it

4:23 so after u press attack or move, you click on the 3rd icon thats a flag with a +... press "add target" and this will move your troops to the next destination after they move/capture the previous. I think only works for infantry, cars, horses, tanks
