how much does the bar on this machine weigh before adding the weights? or is that a silly question? i only ask, because when doing the standard 20 kg bar hip thrusts, i lift a lot lighter than when using this machine or equivalent at my gym.

Can the resistance be adjusted?

How tall are you? Would this bike be okay for someone around 5'6?

my gym has this. guys don't use it only women. they dont know shit. i use the Fuck out of this. i'm a powerlifter. helps a lot.

Do you know how to adjust the seat angle/tilt? Mine is brand new but seat tilted back too much. Is it simply untightening those 2 nuts until the seat slides back and forth? It can seem like a dumb question, but that information isn't really mentioned anywhere clearly.

I bought one and love it. It was pretty easy to assemble.

Beware that this bike is not suitable and can not replace a regular upright/spin bike, it is not ideal for just cruising at lower/relaxed speed since it has higher resistance from the moment you start to move, its designed for HIT and short but intense cardio workouts not for long (chill) rides. Take this into consideration when deciding if this will be the right option for you.

I currently own the Schwinn AD6 which I really like. That being said I’ll be posting it up for sale really soon. It’s a really nice Air Bike but unfortunately I’m just physically a little to big for it. I’ll be looking into buying Rogue’s Echo Bike next since it’s a larger designed and probably a better fit for a larger and heavier gentlemen like myself.

Found seat wont stay in incline position when you sit on it . A colour computer with preprogrammed workouts would make it less boring to use.

Read the 1 star reviews of this AD6 at AMZN. It's junk and Schwinn doesn't care. Don't buy.

I just got this bike, I noticed that when the fan is moving and you look at it from the front of the cage , especially when viewing the metal strip that goes around the fan from that gap that is in the middle of the cage, my fan has a bit of a wobble to it? Have you noticed this with yours at all? The metal pieces look uneven a bit as it turns, and the entire fan has a slight wobble, or a flex in mine? It doesn’t seem to effect the normal operation of the bike at all so far, it just looks kinda weird and I was a bit worried if this normal?

Great review but did not say about assembly😊 easy,moderate or hard...if there is info how to assemble this cable crossover,many will buy this gym equipment.
