I understand the relation of ec and the plants relation to nutrient consumption in the substrate soooo much better 😭 I’m doing a hydro-dwc experiment and I’m forsure investing in a bluelab ec meter to hone in to how quickly my “bucket story” Is taking effect!

Should I measure the EC through the drainage or through 100 grams of the soil sample using 100 mililitres of distilled water from the top, middle, and base of the 16-inch pot?

Great video, the importance of water in high transpiring plants can not be underestimated. I understand enzymes break down dead root matter to help make them available to the plant and increase airflow. My question is does an enzymes such as Cannazym also break down excess salts in the substrate so they are easier to remove when watering to run off in a run to waste set up, or when flushing. Or does Cannazym have little to no effect on the salt concentration in the substrate? (I grow in Coco) any help would be appreciated.

when can one start feeding Rhizotonic to seedlings, as soon as they've sprouted or wait a week or two?
