Guided group tour at Merus Adventure Park
After taking a guided tour of the intermediate trails we found ourselves on the far end of the park at the end of the day. So we took the easy trails back through the park to save some daylight.

The trail know as Lonesome Dove is one of the intermediate trails at MERUS Adventure Park and it winds its way through a large area of the canyon.

If you plan on going into the canyon at MERUS Adventure Park then plan on using this road. There are some trails you can use to get into the canyon but this is the main road in and the only road out.

We went on a guided group tour at Merus Adventure Park. There was one Jeep there that stood out above the rest. While the rest of the group was finishing their lunch break, this decked out Jeep Gladiator tested out one of the nearby expert trails that was still in development.

A creek is really just a 1/10 scale river if you think about it. So it seemed like the perfect place to take out 1/10 scale rock crawlers.

Everywhere we went today was great for 1/10 scale rock crawling. But this was one of my favorite parts of the trail. This is where the suspension upgrades pay off.

Today we’re crawling on sharps rocks called alabaster. Our 1/10 scale RC’s stick to it like velcro.

Nearly the first spot we came to on today’s hike was a hill that was perfect for our 1/10 scale rock crawlers. We’d like to keep this area undisclosed so we’ll call this hill, Area 27 B.
1/10 scale rock crawlers

These 1/10 scale rock crawlers are made by Axial and this model is known as the Wraith. They’ve each been extensively modified in their own way. The area we’re crawling today isn’t anything special but it’s close to home so we use it as a testing ground from time to time. To protect the innocent, we’ll just call this Area 12.

We each got to choose three supercars at DriveXotic in Cresson, TX to drive around their 1.3 mile track. Jon's third car is the all wheel drive Lamborghini Huracan. 610BHP takes this car from 0-60 in 3.2 seconds and has a top speed of 202MPH.

We went to DriveXotic in Cresson, TX and we got to choose three supercars to drive around their 1.3 mile track. Quadrasteer makes the Mercedes AMG GT-R one of the most unique cars there. Jon took it on the track as his second car of the day. 577HP 0-60 in 3.5 seconds Top Speed 197MPH

We went to Cresson, TX to visit DriveXotic. We each got to pick 3 supercars from their garage and drive them around their 1.3 mile track. For Jon's first time on the track he's in a $250k Ferrari 458 Italia. With 562BHP this car can do 0-60 in 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 202MPH.

1.3 miles of awesome. The track at DriveXotic in Cresson, TX is a thrill of a lifetime. After driving a Ferrari 458 Italia and a Lamborghini Huracan, Jabari finishes out the day with four laps in a Porsche 911 GT3. 475BHP, 0-60 in 3.1 seconds, top speed of 195MPH.

I did this today. C8, gt500 and the lambo. So much fun!
How did you like the GT500? I considered driving it and I’m curious how it compared to the others.
I own a 2020 Mustang GT that I supercharged so I felt very at home in the gt500. I put down my fastest lap in the gt500. If I had more time in the lambo I probably would have the best lap in that tho. I did 7 in the c8, 7 in the gt500 and 4 in the lambo. I really don't think you can go wrong choosing any car. The lambo is such an amazing car. I'd drive that again just to listen to it 😉
