Do not let this false preacher take away the joy of celebrating Christmas. Jesus was conceived on December 25th and born on September 29th. December 25th is the day the Holy Spirit began to live among us, and we should celebrate our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Jesus' birthday can be determined in Luke chapter 1 with in-depth study. Zachariah was doing the course of Abiah, which is a specific date. He was doing one of the tours of duty of the Livitical priests when his wife was impregnated with John the Baptist. Mary conceived Baby Jesus when Elizabeth, Zachariah's wife, was six months in her pregnancy. John the Baptist and Jesus were six months apart, which puts His birthday on September 29th. Furthermore, in Jeremiah 10:3-5, God is telling us not to worship trees. When we celebrate Christmas, we do not worship the tree. I don't know anyone who does that. Don't let Satan or false teaching take away the joy of Christmas from you and your family.

I agree with most of Gino Jennings' teaching here. But to say that the Ebenezer Scrooge character was all right was wrong. He was a cold hard man who did not care for others and ended up celebrating the heathen-Catholic Christmas. The reasons why Christmas is heathen were not mentioned; it is imperative to explain WHY. Gino should have mentioned that it is Catholic invented & pagan adapted from Yule & Saturnalia.

I’m not gonna lie Christmas as well as Halloween were my two favorite holidays. One night in prayer to the Lord I asked Him myself “Are we to celebrate Christmas and Easter?” He answered me straight up “Stay away from holiday traditions, my people have been led astray. Christians celebrate these holidays thinking they celebrate me but it doesn’t. They are celebrating and worshipping false gods.” Not gonna lie it stung a little but I’m like Lord we’re just gonna have to make adjustments. I thought about celebrating one last time for my daughter this year, but then I told my husband I don’t want to anger the Lord and plus the tree is an idol. He asked if God told me that I said no this is what I know. Then we watched this sermon from Pastor Jennings and he pretty much confirmed not only what I felt but what God had told me. It’s not just Christmas we shouldn’t celebrate, it’s Easter too. Only time people wanna go to church and give honor to God is when they step out in their new Easter fit 😂. We gotta be on what the scriptures say, the Lord’s word never change. We just change His word to fit our personal choices. We gotta obey God.
