Hello! Bartram Ranch is located in area called St. Johns in St. Johns County. I definitely feel safe here. In regards to segregation, I'm thinking you mean the spacing between the homes perhaps? If so, this is normal for most of the HOA & CDD subdivision homes here in Northeast Florida. Where are you located? Are you thinking of moving to St. Johns?

I was looking at a few homes at Beachwalk. But the Hoa, Lagoon fees, rising intrest rates, property taxes and homeowners insurance made us take a step back for a while.
That is something to consider for sure. Nevertheless, you may be able to find a home in which the seller or builder will cover the initial lagoon entry fee. If not Beachwalk, where are you thinking? Also, are you waiting for a pricing correction or for the interest rates to decline?

Not exactly, I see what you mean though but the Palm Trees make all the difference! But you also forgot about the community feel/ southern hospitality, warm weather, law & order, safety and security, no state taxes, etc. 😎 The folks I talk to hear that have moved from NJ and NY have all said that they wished they would've done it sooner. So come on - take that leap of faith! Where would you prefer Jacksonville or St. Johns County somewhere?
I live in the community across from you and i also moved from Massachusetts two years ago. The highway part was helpful. I drive a lot and saw silverleaf had all those apartments. I was like where are all these people going to drive? 😂 Great vid. Hopefully i’ll sell my current house in a year or two and move over there. I don’t like the community layout of the one right when you turned in the video. So i’m waiting on the building they are doing in the area across the street where there isn’t anything yet but some flatten land where the trees use to be before you hit that turn to the left pass the new apartments. I was thinking about this neighborhood, I’m really glad you made this, between the planes trains and automobiles possible busy hwy, I’m going to look somewhere else. The homes are also amazing and you can currently get some good deals with the builder's incentives. However, it's not for everyone. Being used to living in the city, that type of noise doesn't bother me but when you escape the city or are moving away for greener pastures and a slower pace to life, I can understand why some folks would want to stay away from this neighborhood. I'm planning on making another video, revisiting this site to see how things have changed in terms of the nearby gun range. ReddZ!
