I explain why I do not recommend Roaccutane when 'treating' acne and the repercussion this harsh medication can have on acne sufferer, that is not usually cleared explained to them when they are offered this medication to 'fix their acne'.
I myself, was completely over my acne and did not know what I knew now and went on Roaccutane for one year..... severely raised liver enzymes and still suffering with acne, it was an exercise that taught me a lot about my body and what it means to really be well. To really STOP and address the internal root cause of acne, which is different for every single person.
This episode is for skin professionals who have clients who have gone on Roaccutane or are wanting to go on Roaccutane and they are not quite sure what to communicate to their acne clients about the pro and cons.
