Fantastic video. Thank you very much..😊
My mind has been blown!! kind of sounds like I should go see this 😵💫😲🤣😅
There are no any cure in medicine. For example tinittus and vertigo Doctors say we can do nothing
Is it less calcium or more
This has been SO HELPFUL for me to hear. I thought I was crazy! Seeing a specialist for this extreme vertigo previously diagnosed as labyrinthitis. Have had intermittently since mid-20's but now it is daily for 4 months and won't let up. THANK YOU so much for this video!! It is the older doctor who has the best experience and therefore the best ability to diagnose and describe it. This is the most outstanding information I have ever heard.

Can you legally drive when you have this issue ?
Certain types of vestibular disorders may impair your ability to safely drive and increase the risk of accidents. You should consult your medical doctors, who will be able to determine whether you can continue to drive or should temporarily or permanently stop driving.
Great video, very knowledgeable, alot of great information for vestibular people.
Wonderful understanding Dr!
merci
Vestibular Question...Can pppd or other inner ear issues show up on an eeg? What I mean is can an inner ear issue cause misfires in the brain due to the wrong signals being passed through ears, eyes, brain ect?
I asked my neurologist this same question and he said no. I too wish that conditions, brain activity in things such as PPPD could show on an EEG or some other test. Excellent question!!!
Please do a similar video for people with Mal de Debarquement Syndrome. Many patients with this condition get misdiagnosed with BPPV, Meniere's etc etc and this can delay access to effective treatment. Usually we don't 'spin' but rather rock, bob and sway. But doctor's often describe the symptoms as vertigo, even when we say we're not spinning.
'Funny neurological disorders' cracked me up - in a good way :)
