Update 9.5.2019. - read for ISO layout keyboard! - thanks to Uros for noticing this! "Unfortunately my dumb ass did not check which layout the firmware you shared was for so I "bricked" my ISO layout Pure Pro with the ANSI layout firmware you shared (my bad). Long story short I finally got my hands on the ISO layout firmware and since your video was referenced a couple of times on forums where people ran into similar issues I just wanted to ask you if you would be willing to add the ISO layout firmware into the video description in order not to cause anyone else these problems :). Seem like you "lock" your keyboard. Usually, Fn+"-" key unlock it, you can lock it again with the same key combination but hold them for about 4 secs.

I just had the same issue today with my vortex pure pro version PKX7000 ( which has a big enter key unlike yours ) flashing the firmware with your link worked to unlock it but some keys don't do what they should do now. I sent a message to vortexgear on their facebook hoping they can help, but I would never find this solution without you, you have all my thanks.

Sorry for the Off Topic Comment. Tell me, how fine are working videos from 10-25GB, like FULL HD/Blu Ray videos on Raspberry Pi? Because, when I tried to play some on my PC (which is faster then RPi), it stuttered badly... Also, is there a way of ordering RaspberryPi online and ship in Europe? Tnx! ;) I had the same problem for Years on my pc. I think its because the movies have 24 fps and your screen runs with Framerate 50 od 60. Just go to Screen Settings ans set it to 24 or 25 and then try to watch the movie again.

This happened with my Poker2 and it took weeks to finally get someone to send me the right firmware flash. Clearly a Vortex thing.

Kind of worked for me. This firmware is for the ANSI version but mine is ISO. Now two of my keys don't work, but I guess it's better than none working.

jeeeez dude, keyboard needed firmware reflash AGAIN! while on a plane no less! luckily for me i had the .bin file saved on my laptop since last time i had to do it. how often are you experiencing the need to reflash?

OMG worked for me, thanks buddy!!!! had the same problem, reflashed with the tool and included .bin file, and it works.
