Its a big surprise to hear 13kmpl out of a 12HT engine. On a highway run its 8 to 9kmplh for a good 12HT if driven carefully. It was never designed for such fuel economy figures. I had very good experience with 12HT and 1HD that is communicated

If you are asking for seat adjustment there is a adjuster (roller) on right hand side of the driver seat.

It was available on their FB page . I will keep you all updated with highlights of such events :)
