As an Energy Policy Expert, I am happy about this program and the worth of knowledge Hurbert shared. Buying and using old used high energy electrical appliance is a huge problem: one for the energy generation demand and two, for the end user because you will start to pay high energy bills as your "small" inefficient electrical appliance in actual sense is consuming more energy. Investing in new energy electrical appliance is good for the long term and brings about energy security at the end of the day. Good job. One question though which I do not understand is why a ban on Renewable energy products? New generation of solar panels obviously will have high absorption rate leading to higher Watts output than older generations on the market due to technology advancements.
