Good story just needs to edit in where Aizawa and Nezu know about Izuku's capabilities not from having a quirk long before Katzuki!!! Nezu would have immediately had questions at the UA Entrance Exam being he's either registered as Quirkless or a late bloomer with an emitter quirk with diverse capabilities so he would of questioned Izuku immediately after the exam. Aizawa would have confirmed whatever Nezu found out at the Quirk Apprehension Evaluation, when Aizawa would use his quirk on Izuku only for him to feel nothing and nothing happens, prompting him to question Izuku also!! All Might would have gotten anxious observing an allegedly Quirkless boy 10 months later showing up at UA's Entrance Exam demonstrating "multiple quirks" and get suspicious of AFO surviving 👀!! Also, Izuku would offer to heal All Might and use Senzu Beans to restore him!!! Recovery Girl learning of Izuku's healing capability would want to see the usage and would want to mentor him!! Once again this is good just the author would have to give explanation on why those faculty members would be oblivious to Izuku's capabilities 😅
