For those of you (I am one) that live in one of those tyrannical States that often require certain tweaks to some weapons to make legal, beware on the A300 Patrol model. First off, it's a great Beretta Shotgun any way you shake it, especially for the price. That said, the A300 Patrol is a tactical offering of the A300 series. It is a very aggressive looking shotgun. And I am sure that is the reason it is so popular. But...The 5 round compliant model is night and day different from the standard model in more than just round capacity. Honestly, it looks more like a duck hunting SG, than a Tac weapon. And the problem being, often, when a buyer makes a purchase online, the vendor (more often than not) are not using the correct pic of the weapon on the website. They are using the standard A300 Patrol pic but advertising the compliant model. This is not by deception, many vendors don't even know the difference is beyond the round capacity. Great gun regardless, just be advised if you must go the compliant route. Cheers!

I have an erma la22. I have no no jams EXCEPT when I tried the ammo with a thin copper plating. She is a decent factory balance and extremely accurate. My wife's favorite hand gun. Too much oil combined with poor cleaning is an enemy to the erma.

Bought mine from Bereli out of Hollywood FL….***BUYER BEWARE****terrible dealer! Sold me an LE version (no choke) and never mentioned it was an LE version, so once I noticed it had no choke, I reached out to have them do an exchange since the gun was still new in the box! Took several calls and emails to even get a response, and when they did they lied and said their sale person told that to my wife on the phone. At that time (Jan 2024) their website only mentioned the choked version, with NO mention of selling an LE version. So they changed their website since then. Terrible dealer. I got my bank involved and after several months, got my money back! STAY AWAY FROM BERELI out of Florida!!!

What's really bad is watching ppl review guns they don't understand a particular gun! IT IS DAO!!! That makes it similar to a revolver! You didn't need to get the CPX1 it has a needless manual safety. That is why revolvers don't have a safety. The long 8.5lb pull is plenty of safety! The CPX2 makes more sense for a carry piece. The new gen3 CPX2 is much improved. It has a pic-rail no finger grooves...Glock 43 pattern sights...a different slide profile. However it's sill very lightweight & snappy...is it the greatest gun ever?...no! But as a knock-around self-defense pistol, the ones I've had have been 100% reliable. Ppl love to mock what they don't understand! There's plenty of TH-camrs that shoot this gun very accurately.

I notice the trigger is definably taken from a Canik design! So it’s not proprietary at all. It’s knock off. But, Canik makes a helluva trigger.

Nostalgic plinkers. Remnants of times past?, Of hunts for bad men, native Americans, and any damn animal seen. For the dwindling numbers of hunters they add appeal to close up hunts rather than some 500+ yards bolt action killer. They are about the best and still readily available home and farm protection available; especially in pistol rounds. Most are way out of line in pricing. Most a holes have no idea as to the part these rifles played in settling US and by police.
