I have multiple polls per presentation, sprinkled throughout the content. Can I create multiple polls with an ongoing QR code, or will the participants have to scan a new code for each poll? Thank you!

The forms icon won't show up under insert. I even created a new Tab and it still won't. It is my computer and I'm the administrator. Any ideas?
