Blackbird some People might think that it is andanter in g major but You have to play the cords twice not once. Classic man love it!

7 string is gimmicky. All riffs sound better on a 6 string.

I love Killing is my business riff, it's so cool, very underrated, without doubt!, The Conjuring it's one of my favorites of all times, I love it too and Kill the King song it's amazing and sometimes it's forgotten too...

6 strings

6 string melodies sound good, but I just like that chuggy low note. The best choice would be something like Polaris does - tune 6 strings in Drop C# or C for that 6 string feel, and have a low G#/G for chugs and crazy stuff (alternative Drop G#/G tuning)

That Conjuring riff is by far my favourite Megadeth riff, kudos to Gar on that too the beat is paramount to that riff. Also skull beneath my skin is one of Megadeths underrated gems i think.
