i had this on the C11 in august time, i instantly loved its shfiting from 1st-2nd, if only i had it before cricklewood orbetter on another route, i would have adored and admired its shifting in general. it sounds lovely shifting 1-4, reminds me of the 274 with these e200s how nostalgic
Real ones know about these on the 274 pre VMHs and cricklewood probs have the best e200 around right now. Same here instantly love the turbo of this one, and the shifting!💪🏾

How are you getting a full 1-5 out of a bus with 3 gears??
This is my bus, I was the driver that day. Not sure what you mean in your comment “the engine is showing it’s age”. The engine is as good as new and maintained accordingly. The bus has a relatively small engine which was their way of dealing with the emission rules at the time. This makes her a little slow to pull away, but as you noted on your journey once moving she flies!
