Was the peritomy necessary? You could do transconjunctival cryo (he had good laser posteriorly). You would preserve the superior conjunctiva for a future TRAB if that’s needed.

Thanks for sharing my only feedback, having personally done these cases for more than 4 years now , doing a superior (sclerocorneal tunnel of 5.5mm - not a corneal incision) is much better in terms of globe water tightness and astigmatism and better over all visual recovery...
