I've used Fiverr for years now, and I found some great people on there. But I've actually encountered a few stalkers as well. Fiverr is cheaper and more reasonably priced for a self publish author just starting out.

Great approach to finishing the challenge! It definitely makes sense to go for the shorter ones and it f helps give a sense of accomplishment 👍. How awesome to do this with your kid as well. :) The only one of the books you’ve talked about that I’ve read so far is The Midnight Library. Hope you enjoy it!

I love seeing peoples stats! I don’t do them for myself as much, but these videos are inspiring me to take a look at what my reading trends are. I completely agree about reading YA. It’s such a hit or miss for me, and I’m also in my 40s, but one of my favorite books this year was a YA fantasy lol. Glad you had a great reading year and best wishes for an amazing year going forward of both reading and writing. 🎉

i picked up Spirit Bares Its Teeth after reading Hell Followed with Us which as amazing, and can't wait to read it.I need to read mistborn this year, read book 1 years ago and loved it but for some reason never got to the others. Added a load of these onto my tbr, great top 10.

I’ll definitely check out Surviving the City at some point. I’ve also been meaning to check out Ursula LeGuin as well. I’ve heard of so many people recently talking about her. Firekeepers Daughter has also been on my list. I think it’s so great how much you support indie authors. I only read one this year, but it was so good. Good to know there will be more of your recommendations this coming year. Yes! I would definitely participate in reading autistic authors in April 👍
