Over the next couple of months i am going to be fishing at Erith pier and along the river Thames and also some beach/pier fishing in deal and at Brighton. Also some fishing in the canals around stratford and bow.
I have not been fishing for years and this year i want to get back into it and share my love for the spot, I am not by any means a great fisherman so i will be doing a lot of learning along the way and would like for you to join me on this journey.
I will be sharing fishing tips in my video's and fishing locations what baits work best for me, float and rig's set up's and any think else that could help me and you on the way.

I went to the famous Walthamstow Reservoirs on Sunday hoping for a personal best to come out. unfortunately, there was a no-show of any fish that day due to the waters being over preshared that weekend from what I was told with a lot more than the average amount of anglers night fishing over the weekend. This will not stop me; I will be returning soon to get a personal best.

Hi guys and girls This is a short video filmed over 2 days down at Sheerness Barton's point, it was lovely weather so it was more of a just go and see so we were not ready for the dark to draw in fast and the old GoPro I had just given me loads of problems it the end we had a whole load of whiting and 2 flatties. we had fun and got to check out the spot. it seems a nice spot with no snags.

When I bought mine it came with the lid ditached and you have to put the metal bar through the back hinge and it was a pain to get through took me ages,best thing is to oil the bar first, great vid mate. 👍

Hi, I grew up in London and never had the opportunity to fish in my life and I really want to start. I was driving past Walthamstow and saw that I could go fishing there as locally as 20 mins from home in inner London. Could you please advise me on what I need to fish as a total beginner with no equipment or experience at all.
Get yourself into a local tackle shop and explain your situation, budget etc, they should be more than happy to help, can highly recommend south London angling
Hi, As Biggazzygaz Gaz has said, I would head down to a tackle shop and have a talk to them, even pop down to the Walthamstow reservoir and talk to some of the angers there to see what that are using, first you have to think about what you want to fish for and then you can go from there, at first your going to need 1 rod 1 reel and landing net and a mat, and then some tackle, then you can build up from there. if you know you want to get in to carp fishing there are loads for carp sets you can buy that come with a 2-3 rod set up's with almost every think you will need from £99. one of my friends has just started and is new to fishing and he got this set up and it has pretty much everything he needs from the go - amzn.eu/d/3DuKtLu £159.95 i think the only thing he had to buy was some weights and bait. if you have the money I would still start off cheap then slowly replace every think as and when. hope this helps kind regards Tony

Don’t bother, yet another useless piece of plastic in the tackle shops.
Hi bill Once you have been fishing for sometime and you know how to do it all by eye then yes these then become useless to most. For people starting out I think there really good to get you used to tiring the right hook lengths every time. I for one could never get the right each time but after using this for a couple of weeks I can now tire them almost perfect each time with out them. Kind regards Tony

Could you of not drilled holes in the utility tray for the rams to go through then you could of positioned it at the back like you wanted. But thanks for video its a great help

The loops are only about 1/8 inch diameter(3mm) tool is pretty useless. also you waste about 6 inchs of line for each knot. Pretty useless.

I have seen people use sticky velcro to hold the rig winder tray and the other tray, possibly a cleaner option than drilling a lot of holes in the box.
Will the two trays still fit in the box, at the top, with the gas rams fitted please, or will the rams only let one tray fit.

I use the beads to stop the wear and tear to the rig body so it dose not brake it's self and also to cut down the vibration of it all hitting on its self.

and this is exactly how i found out my loop tier tool that i have never used in 4 years, does not have "smooth" edges and actually damages my line. :O/ Really good video though on how to use these, but im going to stick with my simple loop over loop knot.
