No, Balanda people are agriculturists living in Western Bahr El Ghazal State... Thanks for asking ☺️☺️

But there is an individual who claims he is from balanda community and that the balanda and Azanti are bantu and I told him that south Sudan is not known for having bantu people so I'm wondering why he claims so and he even mentions other countries like Cameroon where he says there are balanda people.

@@TrackMentality24. bantu is a language classifation not a tribe not DNA or culture the confusion is the white western classification of African, balanda are classified ubangian but ubangian are mostly mixed with northern Congolese who some are classified bantu languages some are classified central sudanic but culturally they are close to Bangala people of who azande belong too but the northern bantu are more closed to balanda or azande than to southern bantu or eastern bantu and in South Sudan there was unclassified bantu language. Some may have been absorbed by nilotic or ubangian speakers but I think mostly ubangian or central sudanic speakers.
