The printer was printing bad on all toners. On this Hp printer the problem was the black toner, was damaged. I replace the black toner and the print was perfect 👍!
What was the problem that indicated the fuser film needed to be replaced? Would have been helpful to start the video by showing a page that illustrated the problem.

Hah, kid you not. Within seconds of watching this video just now, my printer all of a sudden printed the page I was trying to print. Error code went away.
Also, if you depressurize the fuser, the springs are easier to remove and install
I notice that the AC connection to the upper sleeve only has one connection ? mine have two, one for top and one for bottom sleeve, I've found that cleaning the heat element contacts with a bit of scotch-brite and alcohol helps with fusing efficiency (poor contact)
7:30. what are you putting on the little white stick? I have disassembled fuser, and waiting for the replacement film, but I don't know what you are putting there.
I changed press rollers, but the printer shows engine communication error, why?
't know if you solved this, but I had this. I needed to reinsert the ribbon on the right side (looking from back of printer) which was over the wires attached to the fuser unit and had been taken out to get to these wires attached to the printer. Once I had reinserted more firmly, the error was gone.
@@KTotnes I only pull that ribbon off once due to it's fragile nature, when I put fuser back in printer ... I route the smaller wires over it, so that I never have to unplug the riibon cable again.

I never reset the toner on this printer.But i think with a chip will work.
