Sir after watching just the question I was questioning my level of knowledge in investing decision despite having invested so many hours into that topic , 🥲 I went to take a short nap and comeback to go through the rest , this is truly unfair if something like this comes in exam sir ! I would straight up grab the 2 marks , IRR one was reasonable but still 50-50 chance and inky pinky the rest and go for the next one ! I dont know if this was done intentionally just to scare us lol ! Last time in may 24 Thankfully i never faced any mcq this huge ! But still every mcq was designed in a way to atleast grab 8-10 mins of rough work so Its ideal to finish off the rest and come to mcq in my opinion last time i did the same and had exactly 30 mins for the mcqs , did sm fastly but could only solve the really easier ones like cost of capital and ticked some random ones in capital structure ones
