For anyone wondering why Car Park 4 is so rundown... In the 90s when the centre was sold to a private company (Fordgate) they rebranded it to Halton Lea. After a few years they stopped caring. The centre went into receivership and was sold on but they retained ownership of this one car park. They had no reason to invest in it whatsoever and so it sits to this day, still showing the Halton Lea branding and I'm assuming getting the bare minimum maintenance. What a shame though as it ruins the otherwise good efforts to modernise it back in 2012.
