Sounds great but the app does not work correctly..............
This app is garbage. When you first use it the first screen you get is either rename or keep existing. Then you get to the login page and it simple doesn't accept your login details because it doesn't realise you're already connected to the network. How could something as fundamental as this be missed out!
Hi @markboy1704 Please make sure to use the WebUI credentials and not the Wi-Fi credentials to log in to the app for the first time. Also please be aware that a few prerequisites should be in place for the app to work properly. 1) The Wi-Fi network should be based on Icotera Routers and APs 2) Your ISP must have enabled support for the app in the router settings. The WebUI-credentials can be found on the label of the router. If they might have been changed by your ISP you should have received the information from them. Best regards Icotera
@@IcoteraI enter the WebUI password and username, but it does not accept it. I tried every password and username but it doesn't work. How do I turn on app support in router settings?
I have this same device, and it does not work. There are two green lights on the panel and a wifi signal. I do not know what to do.
Broken, doesn't work.
Don't believe them they offer nothing. No user manual, no help not even basic instructions. Can't find any information at all about my icotera i6855. Only the isp is allowed to communicate with them.
this is so trash, they told me that I would get 500-1000 but I get 15
Hi, Close to the router, we can get up to 1,5 Gbps (see video: th-cam.com/video/YVW20lAgBLs/w-d-xo.html ) and at 80 meters distance and still connected to 5GHz, 24 Mbps is actually quite amazing. Not sure we understand your comment - If you only have 15 Mbps you definitely have some issues. Please elaborate.
Hi, I have the Icotera i4850-00 router. What is the CPU and RAM on this router? I checked the data sheet and online I couldn't find it. Please help, thanks!
