The Anxiety Audio
Dear Friend,
I have created this hypnotic subconscious journey to support you in creating new peaceful thoughts that create a more peaceful body, calming the nervous system and creating safety in the body and mind.

This audio is going to help you to reprogram the subconscious mind where self limiting beliefs reside that drives anxiety and behaviours that also create anxiety.
INSTRUCTIONS
To optimise your results, listen with headphones twice a day for at least 30 days.
The most effective times to listen are at bedtime and immediately upon waking (your subconscious is more accessible then).
These audios are crafted with binaural beats, Theta 432hz, designed for profound meditation, facilitating your mind to synchronise and absorb affirmations for enhanced alignment and results.
For your safety, please refrain from listening while driving or operating machinery.
The structure of these audios is tailored to induce a receptive state in your subconscious mind. This primes you to clear deep seated limiting beliefs and blocks associated with each theme.
As you consistently commit to reshaping your internal landscape, you may gradually experience heightened confidence, security, assurance, desirability, clarity, and witness the manifestation of desired situations and circumstances in your physical reality over time.
Your thoughts, emotions, and imagination are intricately linked to your experiences. As you undergo internal transformations, you begin to attract experiences more aligned with your desires rather than rooted in past wounds.
This phase becomes exhilarating as you witness the evolution of life around you-situations, circumstances, people, or relationships-aligning with your newfound self.
STEP 1: Find a comfortable, relaxed position. Listen with headphones at least twice a day. Feel free to listen more if you have additional time. The optimal times are just before bedtime and upon waking up.
STEP 2: For your safety, please refrain from listening while driving or operating machinery.
STEP 3: Focus on your breath, breathe in and out through your heart, and visualise your ideal experience to enhance the process.
STEP 4: Commit to daily listening for a minimum of four weeks to shift your energy and experience internal transformations alongside external changes.
For the 4 weeks journal about any realisations you have and how you start to feel different.
