Thank you for your review. I was on the fence with buying this product. Definitely will wait for your review on the version 2.0 if they make one. This product could be amazing just lacks the finish.

Just goes to show that they didn’t think it through when they designed it. So to me it’s either plain laziness, or they just don’t give a damn.

ooh ahh that lack of trigger guard is a deal breaker simply because that could potentially be very dangerous for full sized pistols for any number of situations and getting shot by your own firearm is a really bad day. thx for the honest review was thinking about getting a few but wanted an honest review rather than just taking their word for it because it looks like a good idea for holsters and I figured there had to be something wrong with it

Trtl SmartCarry holsters! They are similar but the velcro waist is a non-issue. They also have multile sizes based on your gun and different models ti fitbthe hip curve of both men and women witg a trigger guard option!

I was in need of a holster like this and was looking. Seen the holster somewhere and started researching. (Because crappy companies gain traction from people just impulse buying) Went to their website. For starters, this isn't leather or more expensive material, and like he said in this video, its cheaply made. This lead me to question who in there right mind would pay the insane full price of $120-130 or whatever it was. BEFORE I watched this video, I could tell right off their own web site this holster was worth sub $50. Also, you can read their "reviews" on the company page and tell right off the bat that at least most of the "reviews" was like amazon........fake. (Or at least written and placed, in my opinion but quite obvious). Now their web site says they are going to raise their prices. lol. You can clearly tell AAAAALLLLLLLLL of that is a shame.

@guitarplayer4429 - ​- is possible. they replied a year ago that they would fix the issues but I never heard from them directly and haven't been willing to spend my money to try again.

Great review, thank you. I still think I'm going to get one. If any of these problems still exist, I've already got some simple fixes in mind. Since it will be a daily carry, the fixes aren't inexpensive, but for the comfort I'm hoping for, it should be worth it.

Wow, fantastic review! I was thinking about buying one when I headed over to TH-cam and found your video. I am so glad I watched it! I find it kind of crappy that they are still offering the same holster but are trying to boost sales by offering cash in each package up to $1,000! So they are quite literally paying people to buy their holsters that they know have issues with them! I will definitely not buy one right now. And I'm not sure I will even buy one when they do improve it since it seems they care more about selling subpar holsters than fixing it and getting good ones out to their customers.

Here’s a hint…Don’t do that with your finger and you’ll be fine. There are very few things in this world that are idiot-proof.

Great review.... I'll go look at their response. The major and only relatable issue would be the trigger. Wondering if training would have solved the magnet issue and us "bigger" guys have issues with fitting and id simple would have placed felt where the hooks were exposed.

The Yoga material is the spandex part that goes around your waist. I believe the backing & front of that holster where the mags and gun goes is 210D Cordura, which is kinda soft and not abrasive.

Thank you. I came to watch reviews for this holster. So, there were plenty of them. Problem is, the first half dozen or so you come across were made by the same people that make the holster. They try to make it appear to be independent review. Shady Bidness. To me that says a whole lot. I had to scroll down quite a bit to find an honest review. I thank you for taking the time to do this. You saved me a lot of time. I never forget a face, and I owe ya one. If we ever meet up out in the world, I got your back.

I just purchased mine and had it for about a week now at predominantly carry while wearing a suit, and I do have to carry all day as I'm standing all day and this is one of the most comfortable holster I've ever owned, I have a 38 inch waist and I found that my trousers generally keep the velcro and the belt itself snug and hard to move around my waist so I don't have to worry about it sliding into a different position I normally carry at the four or five. And that's the only downside I have found is that the magazine pouches are right next to the weapon and I would much rather have one on my 11:00 or 10:00 as I am right-handed. Outside of that this is probably one of the best holsters I have ever owned and I am getting rid of my others
