I have a 2023 Honda Odyssey and it does not have the shift spot under the hood. I drive a towtruck so I know what typically to look for. However on my wife’s 2023 I can not figure the shift lock release.

If you shift the gear lever in the car to “N” right below reverse, that works too.

Turn the power and press the break and put in neutral. My parking breaking didn’t come on

Does NOT work for 2018 with a 10 speed transmission. That is the 9 speed transmission in this video.

Wow, thanks for this very cool tip. I think you are the first one I have seen talking about the neutral release who is able get the van stays in neutral without the OEM tool nor any crazy contraption.
