They used to play it like this at my church, then they got a bunch of pipes installed so they could blast that last verse.

I wish I was there to hear this in person ... beautiful playing by both artists and considering how hard it is to capture the sound (especially organ) I think this is great. thankyou both!

Needs the organ volume turned up a notch or two to blend better with the piano that is overpowering the sound.

This is such a special hymn! My dad was a church organist for 62 years, having to quite after a stroke took away his left hand and legs dexterity. When they’re 3 month old daughter died, dad played this at her funeral. Mom cried every time she heard this, until she passed 6 years ago. So, so beautiful and meaningful!

Comparing to the characteristics of the lyrics, it seems generally too loud, i think
