    It’s affect also how people have being interpreting and understand things. All perceptions always will be a little or fully different. Before start in cross cultural groups ( depend of course of kind the work and project) rules for all must exposed to facilitate how the things should work. Even the way the feed back is given can be no alike. Level of directness ( transparent) is also quite delicate in some Business Environment.

    I used to dye my hair for years. I started to go gray in my mid thirties. I then began to dye my hair. But the last couple of times, my hair was badly damaged. After seeing photos of women with their gray hair, I was inspired. They looked beautiful. I stopped dying my hair over 2 years ago. Best decision I made. I'm proud & not ashamed to show off my gray hair.

    My mother always colored her hair when I was in school, & was an older mom than most other moms back in the late 70's & 80's (she was 37 when she had me - that was odd back then) - but she still looked particularly older than even her age due to health issues... Most people thought she was my grandmother & I hated that so much - as I watched her health struggles every day & it broke my heart. She struggled a long time & passed away just before my 30th birthday 😔

      @@CommunicationPlus My beloved wife interrupt me with loud voice especially when we have an argument or if we discuss a family things about the kids. I think what she is trying to do, is to tell me that what I am doing or saying is bad and she wants it her way, if not it's not the correct way 🤔. What's your advice? Thanks.

    • @adriennolson609
      @adriennolson609 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@oussamabrik It sounds like you two need to talk! I suggest you try to understand each other's point of view by letting the other party talk for 2 minutes straight. No interruptions. Set a timer and maybe even hold a physical object (a ball, a flower for example) while it's your turn to talk. Then pass it on. The rules are: you may not bash each other's character and tell each other what you think the other party is doing wrong. You can talk about your own feelings, your own aspirations, your own wants. See where this conversation gets you. Good luck!!!

    You have communicated my thoughts precisely! I am just starting my transition journey and know I have a long way ahead of me. What has changed today from where I was the other times that I thought about letting my grays shine through is that today I am prepared, I have found support with other fellow silver sisters, and I am checking my self-talk. I don’t need to convince anyone, I just need to know this is what I want. Love how your natural hair looks, so beautiful, shiny and healthy!

    My grandma frustrates me, She's 89 and she only has a little grays on her temples and tones it. But she keeps complaining that I color my hair all the time and she also seems bothered that I started going gray at 21. Can she make up her mind? I'm 32 now and I'm letting my gray grow out. I wonder what she will say when she sees gray striped hair.
