@@love4eva351 working on ZZZ vids rn so I prob won’t have time to make a v3 vid (should’ve just waited to release this til v3 my bad) but all v3 changed was reduced er cost by 60 (180-120) so she no longer has to rely on sig lightcone for perma ult uptime everything else about the vid is still accurate 🙏

Preciate the support but ima make videos on the other gachas as well because I personally enjoy those games and want to make content for them too. If you don’t want to watch vids on those games that’s perfectly fine but ima keep doing what I enjoy and so should you 🫡

@@LapisNoVaRia all they changed for Tribbie was her er cost being lowered so the lightcone section is inaccurate as she doesn’t need her lightcone for er besides that she is the same character. They changed a bunch for mydei tho glad this isn’t his vid 🥶

@@Pican2 if you don’t have any of the alternative supports like Ruan Mei/sunday/robin 100%. She’s a pretty good pull if you don’t have the already existing alternatives and she’s the best support for The Herta so if you wanna improve her teams then go ahead. 🫡

@@Darck800 I don’t care too much about eidolons but she’s def not nerfed at all she’s actually buffed they made her er costs lower and nothing else was changed which can only be a buff to her performance on a team 🧏‍♂️

@@Just_abigheadnoob That’s what everyone thought about sparkle as well but we’re in 3.0 now and she didn’t get a single character that she’s better for than other supports. Tribbies case could def be different but it’s not guaranteed to go well either and ima stay a Robin glazer till the day I die 😤

​@@WhosTrigg you may not remember but robin actually was in the exact same spot as tribbie when she was first leaked. The consensus was that she was worse than Ruan mei (no res pen and the value of team advance seemed gimmicky) and that her personal damage was too low to be useful. The release comes and people realise how good she is with dot and DART team aswell as the subsequent release of characters like yunli and feixiao who make her even better. Tribbie has all the makings robin had to be a great character, I'd argue better than robin at release because robin was only great in Fua teams which weren't a thing until they release more characters like hunt march 7 and moze to expand that playstyle. Tribbie doesn't need that treatment to still be really good but it's likely it's going to happen especially if you look at their recent focus on both ults (Sunday and herta) aswell as aoe and lastly the recent quantum set which might be for castorice rather than tribbie meaning castorice will want to be ran slow. Tribbie naturally has more synergy with slow characters since she doesn't buff their action value and focuses all of her buffing at damage. This means Sunday or robin night be less valuable since the actual turn is less important compared to someone like aglaea who does most of their damage on their actual turn. That's not to say it will be useless, the action advance is still good just less valuable. Think yunli and how she doesn't need her turn other than healing and most of her energy comes from external sources like huo huo, tingyun or simply getting hit. The action advance is still good here, just less potent on that specific character.

@ you cooked with the point on Robin yea when she released people super slept on her actually forgot about that 😭 Tribbie could end up being like Robin valid point just gonna have to see if Hoyo follows through with it and gives her more synergies in the future 🫡 I still believe even if that does happen she won’t be as valuable as Robin ended up being simply because we just have so many options now which isn’t Tribbies fault it’s just how it is unless they just flat out make characters that none of the alternatives can work with (really hope they don’t do that 😭)

@@WhosTrigg it seems like castorice may have more synergy with her if you look at some of the new set changes. From what I've heard she's not only HP scaling but also might work on HP consumption as she consumes the teams HP and then heals it back. It's possible with tribbie also being HP scaling this makes her more suited to castorice and that mechanic but that's very speculative. I think castorice will have synergy with tribbie in some way and judging by how much speed you need for the new planar ornament set Sunday might be less valuable as you would need a ton of speed to do the -1 speed strat making it hard to do unless you purposefully cap her speed. It's really confusing as usually those sets hint at something with a characters kit but the new quantum set and this new set look like they would be contradictory. I'm guessing castorice is either going to be really slow or really fast which either way can pose issues for Sunday but more so if she's really fast. This all being said that's only 3.2, feixiao didn't release until 3 patches after robin so it's possible tribbies best in slot won't even release until 3.4. If they don't release by then I'd be a bit more worried despite her having such a good kit already that is guaranteed to scale well with time. Just look at how long pela has lasted with 40% (56% with resolution) def shred, tribbie already has that level of damage buffing alone. That's the strength of her having such well scaling buffs imo and will see her stand th test of time more so than other harmony units.

@@cannonfodder-xh7ew I wouldn’t replace Robin in that team but she actually can be a pretty good topaz replacement if you’re running c0 no sig lightcone since tribbies ultimate counts as a debuff making her debuffs the same as topaz and tribbie just buffs more than topaz so yea it’s 100% a thing that works and can likely just be better.

@@clockpenalty it just really depends on the situation. Was the other persons comparison using the exact same team as I did for my calc because yea in a situation where you’re running no healer with the herta and instead running someone who gives gives even more dmg bonus like Sunday tribbies buffing wil be a lot better than the 5% I said in my calc bc even higher diminishing returns from ruan mei. It all just depends on a lot of factors sometimes tribbies dmg vulnerability will be better than ruan meis and sometimes ruan meis dmg bonus will be better than her. Of course vulnerability is just a better buff but in this case not 100% of the time which matters. Again tho my bad 100% on that segment of the video should’ve just mentioned all this in the vid instead of having to correct it now 😭 I appreciate the discussion from you and others in the comments about this tho I’ll try not to make mistakes like this in future vids 🙏

@@WhosTrigg Cheers, no worries. Just read my comment and it's overly harsh. Was just feeling a bit prickly because that bit was a major "huh?!" moment. No worries, we all learn. You don't need tips from me, but if a suggestion is worth anything, it would help to run a sim of any numbers you're putting up, even if you're just being hypothetical- that way you catch the errors early.

what do you think about pulling tribbies lightcone for robin then?

@ they ended up changing Tribbies light cone as well so it’s not no longer as good on Robin. You still get 21 energy on battle start but to get any more energy than that you’d need to do a follow up which robin can’t do. You can also still get the 48% crit dmg buff for your allies at the start of battle but it only lasts for 2 robin turns and after it’s gone you can’t get it back since you need follow ups to trigger it. So basically Robins sig is just all around better for her while Tribbies lightcone can be slightly better in situations where your Robin only ever needs to ult once but that’s not super realistic. I’d just get robins lightcone for her or stick with bronyas lightcone/event lc sadly 🫠

@@windsarveda519 yea right after this vid wtf 😭 posted my thoughts on the changes for her and mydei on twitter/yt community post but to TLDR it she’s just less reliant on her sig for energy since her er cost was reduced heavily. Her dmg and buffing remains the same so luckily my video wasn’t rendered entirely useless 🥶
