Love this camera! The only factor I had to let it go was because of it size. I made a video dedicated to the 5D, too
@huanpham the size is too big and heavy, bit editing the Raw files is so pleasant, I have a canon R and a fuji x100v, but I'm still in love with the colors of the 5D C.
@@marcelostormrage I've bought and sold 4 different fuji models in the time I have owned the 5d classic. Also my fav combo with the 40mm; such an exquisite lens. I did just pick up a mk2 that I want to compare the results with in some side by side scenarios.

@senai_69 hi, not really, everything in manual, maybe some low ISO but in picture profile I like to use the "positive film" it has some interesting colors 👀

My first steps into photography was with my friends 5D classic a couple years ago. I'm on a A7RIV now but i eventually found Geit's videos who's on an old DSLR and remembered how much i loved my friend's 5D images. There's just something about them. Long story short i just bought one with a 50mm and bought the 40mm on the side as well lol Have fun with yours !
@dedelabinouze5110 I have a canon R and a x100v, but always enjoy using the 5D classic, it is just a different experience, the shutter sound is so satisfying to listen jajaja greetings.

You should have walked to the top mate. Its incredible where the river disappears underground before it reappears through the cliff as the waterfall..

I have used this camera for the last 5 years and really like the picture quality. Two tears ago I also bought the Sony a7iv, and love it too. But as you say, having a camera you can keep in the pocket is a gamechanger. Thanks to updating firmware on my Sony, it has only recently occurred to me that this is needed also on the Canon. Trying to figure out how to do it for a small camera !
I sold my canon g9x almost a year ago, I jumped into digicams just because the nostalgic vibes, now I having a canon ixus 70 as a pocket camera ( I have a couple of videos of it if interested in watching), but I´m planning to get again a g9x MII

Nice walk and shots. Can you say more how you were sometimes changing the settings for certain shots? Did you you the function wheel much at all? What were you thoughts about the low light performance? Were most of the shots then edited? Are you shooting RAW or JPEG? Thanks!
