Great podcast. Very sound reasoning and POVs. Must admit I am sceptic of their success and even more about what clinical trials haven't been done much akin to the issues with astra zeneca. Keep them coming👍

Really appreciate the feedback! Knowing the shadiness for trials done by big Pharma it's always hard to know further forecasts for these drugs , but no major health concerns reported so far. Glad your enjoying the pod!

Tried to get into running quite a few times over the years and always seemed to fail. I definitely relate to the idea the running is as hard as you make it. Realising I didn't need to be knackered and out of breath after every run was a game changer for me haha. I also quite often like the idea of taking a break, but not giving up. Been lifting for years and love it, started in powerlifting, then strongwoman but come to enjoy the therapeutic nature of running.

Love this! We couldn't agree more. Both lifted for year and recently found that passion for running again. Couldn't imagine a week without it. A run can be literally whatever you make it. We appreciate you sharing your story!
