Please go back to whichever city you live in! Don’t know where to start. Have you had any first aid training. Next, he is young, learn how to be around and care for him. Do you have a halter, a first aid kit? Why are you not up close to him to take care of him? What is that puncture followed by a stick? Is that how you would want to be cared for? For a Hereford, he seems a bit skinny for his age. I was riding mine to bring the cows in at night, and even with the extra exercise, he was better filled out. Who guides you in care and feeding? Please, for the sake of this poor bovine, get professional help! It just might save his life-and yours.

That probably smelled like shit! From my experience anyway. I let on staff vet assistants help with that.
