As someone who's dealt with similar left knee (torn meniscus) issues starting in February of this year, I understand how you've been feeling. My knee was scoped out early July and I've been in physical therapy since. My GP had given me a similar pinched nerve diagnosis but an orthopedic surgeon found the meniscus tear instead. I hope you find relief soon so you can get back to your activities.
