I have extreme sleeping issues. I used to lay awake for 5-6 hours every night no matter how hard i tried to sleep. I got prescribed some melatonin for it and i still lay awake for 2 hours sometimes. These playlists help me sleep when my body won’t let me and my mind won’t shut up. Thank you so much honestly💗

this will sound ridiculous to anyone apart from me. nobody will read this. back in 2018 i had a friend called PacNine (youtube called Alphastral.) we played alot, i didnt know them irl. they would always get annoyed with me but thats ok. one day their account got deleted. no evidence where they went. their twitter was deleted. i was scrolling through her old yt videos recently, thinking their account was abandoned. next day the videos were gone. maybe youtube took them down, but ive always had some weird illusion in my head that something happened to them. i wish i could just say hi but ig that wont happen, shes gone.
