Hello There!
Welcome back to a new video.
In this video, I build a D-Day Beach Diorama using parts from 4 separate Tamiya 1/35 scale kits. I know it's a bit late for the 80th Anniversary, but better late than never!

Great job🎉
Thank you! 😁
Superb diorama!
Thank 👍
Cool diorama
Thanks 👍
good
Thanks 👍
Hello. The PVA glue with which I fixed the ground on the tank, this dumpling glitters, what should I do?
I spray isopropyl alcohol first and then pour watered down pva glue next. If yours is glittering maybe spray paint a matt paint or cover the ground with grass.
@@sticky__fingers1thanks for the answer!
Very very very nice video ! Impressed! Pro.....
Thanks a lot! 👍

Looked really good well done 👍.
Thanks 👍
Thats so cool and absolutely amazing. Every detail is perfect. Where did you learn this 🙂
Thanks! 👍 Just practice and watching other TH-cam channels.
Nice, I want one.
It's a nice kit, easy to build and the infantry are a nice bonus.
Love it Sticky
Thanks! 👍
That's a nice looking model.
I think so too! 👍
Looks great!
Thanks!
Awesome that Sticky :)
Thank you! Cheers!
HES BACK!!
Oh yea, I'm back!!
interesting and nice kit mate !
Thanks 👍
Just recently I reached 500 subscribers! Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far, your support is greatly appreciated! 👍🫡
Very good diorama . Might l suggest a figure might have given the diorama an added something . Not a criticism however . l have subscribed
I was planning to add a figure, but I didn't have one that I liked. Thanks for the sub! 👍
Cool
Thanks
I just saw Part 2 of this build, and I'm glad to see the building process for the tank itself. About the only thing I would have done differently would have been to leave off the pioneering tools, tow cables, sheet metal fender skirts (4:37,) and bow machine gun, since the hull was to be buried. That said, your weathering of rust patina and the battle damage really makes this a stand-out model that helps get your diorama idea across! This is an old, inexpensive kit that has its origins way back in 1970, with various parts added over the decades. Though not up to current standards, there is still a place for these old, "legacy kits" for young new modelers to gain experience (with pocket money-friendly prices,) older modelers to make nostalgic builds (with pension-friendly prices,) and of course, projects like yours where an expensive, state-of-the-art kit would be unnecessary as well as cost-prohibitive. Thanks for sharing this with us! 82nd Like.
Glad you liked the video! 👍 I wasn't planning on attaching the "unnecessary" extras, but got I carried away with the build and by the time I realised my mistake it was easier to leave them attached.
Your work is very labor-intensive, and it shows well in the finished diorama! The weathering patina on the Tiger is excellent, though I question whether the bow machine gun, tow cables and pioneering tools would have been left on the hulk when they buried it in the cobbled street. Though some may think your battle damage is excessive; I've seen plenty of photos of Tiger 1's that looked far worse, and it makes sense that a scarred veteran like this would have been repurposed as a dug-in turret bunker. As for the shell casings, you probably could have gotten away with even more spent shells and ammo boxes since all the photos I've seen of similarly dug-in tanks were practically buried in them. I've been wanting to build a "Pantherturm," or a similarly dug-in Panzer IV, for some time now. Seeing this might just get me moving! Thanks for sharing this! 72nd Like.
Thanks for the comments. 👍I enjoy making the dioramas and I wanted to do something different with this old and cheap kit. Better to wreck this kit than an expensive kit.
Very cool!
Thanks!
Nice job with great details!
Thank you so much 😀
😊
😊
I am afraid you positioned the interior wrong...
I know, but don't tell anyone!
Why aren't the shell casings hollowed out????
If you want to buy me a better 3d printer you're more than welcome. The Photon Mono M5s Pro Resin 3D Printer would be great, thank you!
They were blanks. Nice work
@@JasperJokerII Thanks!
Because I ran out of 17 hmr casings that's why.
Always one smart ass!
Good video and build. Am currently building this very same kit but making into a Japanese version. Giving a Japanese camo scheme, markings, and a crew member. Japan bought 1 Tiger, 1 Panther D, and 2 versions of the Panzer III from the Germans during the war, though they were in France at the time and had no way to transport those vehicles to Japan. The Germans eventually took those vehicles back because they desperately needed them for their own use.
Thanks! Such a great concept for your Tiger, good luck with your build.
when man has had enough of getting satcheled, he satchels back
Can't beat'em join them!
is this game still Alive?
It's still alive!
War game🫲🫱
Yes, war game!
Wow, amazing!
Thanks 👍
If anything I communicated to you made you angry, I am very sorry because I am Thai modeler, I have very little knowledge of English.
All comments are welcome, I'm happy to answer any questions. Good luck with your model building
If only the music was louder! sigh Great vid as usual sticky!
Thanks! Do what I do, just turn up the volume, but I'm getting old and deaf! 🙉
Last tiger?? Do you mean the last tiger no.333 at the Reichstag?
No this isn't Tiger 333. This is just a made up scenario that I've taken inspiration from the photos I showed at the beginning of the video.
@@sticky__fingers1Ok, I see 😊
This is your best video yet Sticky, Nice one mate!
Thanks 👍
Well done 👍
Thanks 👍
Nice models, and great painting/weathering!
Thanks!
best spotter in the business!
Probably the best spotter in the world!
such a good squad performance that game!
One good performance in HLL the best you can expect
I love this loadout.
It's one of my favourites too 👍
The cut out templet for painting is awesome! Going to have to try that out.
I found a camo pattern online, blew the image up to the same proportions as the kit and printed it off and used it as my template. Gives pattern a softer line than using masking tape directly on the kit, it's a bit fiddly but worth the effort.
Built one last year with my son, the tracks were about an inch short, went with some nice resin ones of ebay, only about $13, and they added the correct "sit" to the tracks.
The tracks from Tamiya were a decent fit considering they were not designed for the Panther A, I'll have to check ebay next time I need some tracks.
I wish you a good job, but it is very anachronistic to start from such an old and ugly model to make a Panter model in 2023, the photoetchings are certainly not enough: from the lack of the central double wheel, to the cannon block and above all, since you have purchased nice tracks link by link, immediately replace the spare ones on the sides of the tank.
Whao! Thank you for taking the time to comment on my video, you certainly know how to inspire all scale model tank builders! I will take all your comments and cherish them for the rest of my life, Thank you! 😘😍
