Why do you have to put a translator on? Just put subtitles because those translators sounds like they are sleeping and original sounds makes a huge difference.

For purpose of impact and sustainability, SSC need young people, young who are able to hold their government accountable, we are able to talk to their government and understand why they are important in the arena of development cooperation, young people who sit, represent, formulate policy and make decision on behalf of other young and this are youth leaders. However, it's so unfortunate very few youth understand what's SSC is all about, so they can't do much to put their government on pressure. We can talk and talk and talk but if we don't make the youth understand that they are stakeholders, no one will cares. Last year, I participated in the expo, and to be honest when I return back home, no one within government understood what's this all about, I met the UNDP colleagues, the program was centred at UNDP office, I took a milestone and met with my colleagues from National Youth Councils - Uganda and our Youth members of parliament. They issues was adopted and it's currently being discussed at the high level section of Uganda government. The issues of development cooperation is people centred! but most often, young people are intentional ignored by their governments and to some extend do not understand it's concept.
